You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phmine account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. phmine will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your phmine account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify phmine customer support immediately via the contact details provided on the Platform.
phmine is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR compliance requirements. You agree to cooperate fully with phmine's KYC process, which may include submission of government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
